I purchased this used 8mm tape from a local second hand store, not because I needed another tape, I buy them for the content that maybe on them!, sometimes you can find some interesting stuff, such as this tape, other times, not so much.
I converted this to 1920*1080P, I list the steps taken for the technical aspects at the end of the video.
I do not know which camera recorded this nor do I know where it was filmed.
